This 15.6 acre site sits in Long Sutton, a market town in the South Holland District of Lincolnshire. With a central town shopping area and a variety of local amenities, it is a premium site for residential development.

Just 14 miles from Spalding, eight miles to Wisbech and 14 miles to King’s Lynn, the area is well connected and offers commuters a 48 minute journey into London’s Kings Cross on the East Coast Mainline.

The former wildlife park closed in 2012 and the land has since been vacant. A previous planning application for an 87 unit residential scheme has been approved, however, after consulting with our planning partners and architects, we will be submitting a scheme of 150 units. 

Our ambitious plans will see the site developed in two phases once planning has been granted and we anticipate an 18 month construction period.

This exciting  project marks SN Development’s move into large-scale residential building on a national level and will be comprised of houses of varied sizes.
